Why should I take the LPIC-1-101 exam?
The LPIC-1 Linux Administrator certification is ideal for aspiring Linux system administrators who want to validate their skills in managing Linux systems. This exam will test your ability to perform maintenance tasks with the command line, install and configure a computer running Linux, and configure basic networking. Candidates for this exam should have a working knowledge of Linux, including experience with the command line, file systems, and package management.
The LPIC-1-101 practice test includes two different modes: certification and practice mode. Certification mode allows you to assess your knowledge and discover your weak areas, with practice mode allowing you to focus on the areas that need development.
The LPIC-1-101 practice test contains 150 questions and covers the following objectives:
- System Architecture - 20 questions
- Linux Installation and Package Management - 30 questions
- GNU and Unix Commands - 66 questions
6 months access to the Practice Test including:
