TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All voucher purchases are final.

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

One voucher is redeemable towards one exam and is valid at a Pearson VUE facility.
Vouchers are program specific, and in some cases, exam specific. Make sure you purchase voucher for the correct exam.
Vouchers are not transferable between programs.
Candidates must register and take their examination prior to the voucher expiration date.
Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Pearson VUE and the participating test providers are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Vouchers are not redeemable for exams that have already been taken.

Microsoft Bundle Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing a bundled product, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase a bundled product:

You will only distribute the vouchers as part of the bundled product and you will not distribute or sell vouchers as a standalone product.
If you distribute or sell vouchers on a standalone basis, any outstanding vouchers may be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
You are responsible for keeping the bundled products in a secure place to ensure voucher codes are not copied or misappropriated.
Expired, stolen or lost vouchers will not be replaced.
You will maintain and not alter, obscure, or remove any terms and conditions, copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices or disclaimers associated with the voucher or the bundled product.
You will communicate all terms and conditions applicable to the voucher to anyone you distribute the bundled product to, including the following terms: Exam voucher expires on the date listed above.

You must register for and take the exam prior to the expiration date provided with the voucher.
Each voucher may be redeemed to take one Microsoft Certification exam, delivered by Pearson VUE.
Each voucher may only be used once.
Expired, stolen, or lost vouchers will not be replaced.
Any resale or transfer of this voucher is strictly prohibited.
Vouchers are program specific and, in some cases, exam specific. Please ensure you redeem the voucher for the correct exam.
Vouchers are not transferable between programs.
Voucher may not be used for any other offering than the offer specified on the voucher. Voucher may only be redeemed in the region for which it was purchased.
Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, credit or refunds.
Voucher may not be applied to exams that have already been taken.
Vouchers are not returnable or refundable and are void if altered.
Microsoft, Pearson VUE and the reseller are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher numbers.

Voucher must be provided when registering for the Microsoft Certification exam.
Individuals that cancel or reschedule their appointment to take an exam seventy-two hours or less from the scheduled time may forfeit their exam voucher (voucher cannot be used again).
Individuals that fail to show up for their scheduled exam appointment may forfeit their exam voucher (voucher cannot be used again).
Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the voucher.
